About Us
Luster Beauty International Education and Training Academy (LBEDU or LBIETA) was established in 2013 in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We develop our curriculum and certification system based on the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF), UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), European Qualifications Framework (EQF), and professional standards from industry enterprises and experts. We provide third-party qualification certification services and quality assurance consultancy services. Our academy is also recognized by the Hong Kong Government Qualifications Framework (HKQF) and the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), and the Labour and Welfare Bureau (LWB).
LBEDU offers international qualification framework certification courses covering Levels 2 to 6, with relevant qualifications recognized by HKQF and VTCT Skills iTEC. We have over 46 courses spanning more than 39 professional fields, creating new pathways for diverse vocational education. We have established global partnerships, with our service network including higher education institutions, vocational training colleges, associations, and renowned private education institutions. Through this extensive education network, we issue over 10,000 qualification certifications annually, providing solid credentials for our students' professional achievements.

LBEDU has won the "QF Star Training Achiever" Hong Kong institution award presented by Hong Kong Education Bureau Secretary Choi Yuk-lin for two consecutive terms (2023 and 2025), highlighting our outstanding contributions to education quality and talent development.
