LBEDU Academy's guidelines for course and exam arrangements during typhoon and rainstorm weather
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force, or when the government announces an "Extreme Conditions" warning, the Academy will adjust course and exam schedules according to the following arrangements to ensure the safety of students and staff.

| Issued during course/exam | The course/exam will continue until the end of that session or exam. |
| Effective between 6:15 AM and 11:00 AM | Courses/exams scheduled to start at or before 1:30 PM will be postponed. |
| Effective between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM | Courses/exams scheduled to start at or before 6:00 PM will be postponed. |
| Effective after 3:00 PM | Courses/exams after 3:00 PM will be postponed. |
Note: If you are unable to come to the Academy due to adverse weather conditions, please notify your course instructor or the Academy office as soon as possible. Postponed courses/exams will be rescheduled for make-up classes or examinations.
When the Observatory issues different levels of rainstorm warning signals, the Academy will arrange courses and exams according to the following guidelines to ensure the safety of all personnel.

Special Arrangement: However, if a student is unable to attend an exam due to weather conditions, the Academy will provide an opportunity for a make-up exam. Please contact the Academy office within three working days after the exam to arrange.

Important Notice: Students should pay close attention to the Observatory's weather forecasts and the Academy's latest announcements. Specific arrangements for all postponed courses/exams will be announced via email and the Academy website.
