Course Objectives
- Master intimate area anatomy: Deep understanding of female intimate area skin structure and hair growth characteristics, able to identify different skin types.
- Understand waxing principles: Learn about professional wax properties and their application techniques in intimate area hair removal.
- Select appropriate wax products: Learn to choose suitable wax products and operating temperatures based on different skin types.
- Identify contraindications: Ability to recognize contraindications for intimate waxing and understand relevant safety operation standards.
- Enhance client communication skills: Develop professional client communication techniques to properly address client concerns and build trust.
- Master professional operation techniques: Learn to use professional wax for different intimate waxing styles like Bikini Line and Brazilian, and adjust treatment plans according to client needs.
- Maintain operational hygiene and safety: Understand how to maintain a hygienic and safe operational environment in beauty salons to ensure safety for both clients and operators.
Study Hours
The course lasts 60 hours in total, divided into theoretical and practical parts. Students will practice in simulated environments to enhance their skills.

Unit 3 Intimate Waxing for Female Clients
This course is developed based on the VTCT iTEC standard curriculum
After completing this unit, students will be able to:
