Assessment Appeal Procedure
LBEDU Academy's procedure for students to appeal assessment results
Students may appeal against assessment results. It is important that appeals are resolved as quickly as possible.
After results are published, students who are dissatisfied with their results and wish to lodge an appeal should follow the procedure below:
Submit Appeal Form
Submit the examination appeal form to the centre. This should be done within 7 working days of the publication of exam results.
Receive Acknowledgement
The General Manager will acknowledge receipt of the appeal form within 3 working days.
Principal Review
The Principal will review the case and decide whether the appeal is valid. If the Principal deems the appeal valid, the appeal will be referred to the external partner.
Unsuccessful Appeal Notification
If the Principal decides the appeal is invalid, the General Manager will notify the student that the appeal has been unsuccessful.
External Partner Decision
After the external partner reaches a decision on the appeal outcome, the General Manager will inform the student of the appeal result.
Appeal Timeline
The entire process will be completed within 8 weeks from the date of the appeal.
